We learn proper weight lifting technique; primarily snatch, clean and jerk, and accessory lifts.
We work on strength and skill of body weight movement. Some movements include handstands, muscle ups, etc.
A class that concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being.
