Manage Your Membership Hold Requests

Please review the following policy carefully before submitting your hold request. All hold requests must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to your upcoming scheduled non-refundable renewal payment. A $5 per week fee applies to all holds and will be charged at the beginning of the hold period. The minimum hold duration is 4 weeks. Your membership and non-refundable billing will automatically resume once the hold period ends. By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.


    By filling out this form, you understand that hold requests must be submitted no less than 5 business days before your forthcoming scheduled non-refundable renewal payment. You also understand that there is a $5 per week fee for membership holds, which will be charged at the beginning of your hold. The minimum hold period is 4 weeks. You also understand that your membership and non-refundable payments will resume automatically upon expiration of the hold period that you have submitted above.
