I have been going to Crossfit Hellkite for about four months now. Jen has been very supportive and they are always willing to answer questions. All the other athletes who attend the gym are very friendly and welcoming as well! I like that their programming is very structured and classes always begin on time. Mobility is incorporated into every warm-up and both coaches emphasize proper technique in order to prevent injury. They will also help you modify movements you are not strong enough to do YET so you will stay engaged and want to keep getting closer to your goals!

Crossfit Hellkite is an amazing gym and group of people. Since starting at Hellkite my overall fitness and strength has improved tremendously. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and make sure to teach you basics and standards to ensure you stay safe and healthy while lifting and learning other movements. With smaller class sizes the coaches are able to really focus on the athletes and ensure they are getting the most out of class. The members of Hellkite have become more like family than friends.
